This is the first call of email you make to us. We will have a brief chat about your project. We will take some details from you and then arrange a good time to come out and see you in person. We aim to get this appointment done within 2 days from the initial call.
STEP 2 is our appointment with you. Lewis will be the person you will meet. He will spend some time with you discussing your project and getting a good understanding of your vision. If you are stuck on colour choices Lewis will be able to give you advice and he will be armed with all the colour charts you need.
Receiving your quote. We will do our very best to get your quote done and sent to you on the very same day as our appointment with you. You will get your quote, that will be honest and fair, along with a day by day plan of how we will complete your project.
You have accepted your quote and we have you booked in to out first available slot. This is where the magic happens. We will complete your project to follow alongside the plan you would have received. We carry out all our work to the highest of standards. We will also keep you informed every day of our progress.
We have completed your project. We are so proud of the work we do that we offer a 1 year guarantee. So if something is not quite perfect, we will come right back. You will then receive you invoice for the work.
